The Original Cacha®

"Our Original 1500s Exclusive Artesanal Brazilian liquor, is made from Sugar Cane and aged to perfection, in the native hidden and remote forestial farmlands of Salinas, Brazil."

Salinas is where the secret of the Original Brazilian Cachaça as we, Cachaça Bandarra® today, refer to it as: Cacha®. Furthermore, our original Cacha® maintains the true lost tradition of this 1500s handmade process and specialized stored (cached) aging via Exclusively Brazilian Wooden Barrels; keeps it authentic. This unique art has been passed down through these humble, regional families; from generation to generation with patience; never cutting corners. This "Makes Cacha® the King of Original Artisanal Brazilian liquor; at its finest!

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The fermentation process, which lasts about 24 hours, is done with 100% natural yeast with cane broth mixed with cornmeal or rice bran, without the use of any chemical components.

OUR AGING PROCESS

Cacha® undergoes a 3-25 year development/maturation process in "The Cache" (Its Specialized Brazilian Wooden Barrel Storage Container) in which Cacha® is stored (cached) and aged to develop its rich Golden-Red, Amber to Auburn color.

The taste is both pleasing, for those who appreciate the Original Brazilian Cacha®'s pure tasting experience and for Cacha® Drink Creators alike. Whether preparing Brazil's Famous "Caipirinha" and other specialty cocktails or inventing your own Cacha® Drink Creation (Add a Cacha® shot to your favorite drink/recipe); Cacha® aims to please!
